WHAT IS USUI REIKI?

Reiki is a traditional Japanese form of hands-on-healing, passed on from master to student for many decades. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well-being.

 

The Reiki practitioner uses his/her hands to clear, energize and balance the human and environmental energy fields. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The investment in a Reiki training is an investment in one's life. This training may totally change the student's life, mindset and relationship dynamics. It is a fantastic tool for self-improvement and healing and equips the student with the skill to help themself and others in their healing process.

HOW IS USUI REIKI TAUGHT?

 

Usui Reiki consists of 3 levels. Each level is taught in one day. The training can be arranged any time during the week or on weekends for individuals or small groups.

 

The attunments received in each level cause a profound cleansing of the physical, emotional and mental bodies and last for up to 21 to 28 days. A mindful integration period is strongly recommended during that time, so that deep healing can occur.

 

Before completing Level III (Master Teacher Training) the student must be fluent with the technique and have collected plenty of healing experience. Level I + II may be taught in 2 consecutive days if desired.
