Welcome to this Meditation Crash Course. This online course sets a solid foundation for deep relaxation and inner peace in your life. With the completion of this course, you will hold the key to stop worrying, to manage stress, anxiety, chronic illness and all forms of physical, mental and emotional pain. And you are invited to lovingly explore your inner worlds. During this course I will guide you through the practical applications of the different kinds of postures, breath work, meditation styles and I will explain the impact meditation has on the body and mind. This course can also be taken by the advanced meditator to brush up on the basics and to remind the advanced meditator to keep approaching each meditation practise with a beginners mind. This course is accompanied by downloadable worksheets, so you can record your thoughts and preferences and keep track of your progress.
