Physically we can experience neck pain due to a build-up of congested energy as new and bigger flows of higher frequencies move up and down the spinal fluid and open the throat chakra. At the throat chakra we may feel ‘strangled’ both from speaking up and from not. Flu like symptoms like headaches, eye pain, throat congestion, lower back issues.
The transition process can impact us emotionally, physically, psychologically and mentally. It is important therefor to listen to your body’s needs. Your guidance may tell you to eat cleaner, get some body work or to see a therapist. You may experience heightened sensitivity and that you have more discernment to express and honour your boundaries.
